Terrible design. Have to throw over people on about every hole. (VERY UNSAFE). Six of the baskets are too close to sidewalks or cross over which has a lot of foot traffic. One is over Basketball court. But easy to get a round in during lunch

Crappy designs suck! Why even bother.
I will be sure to tell the proper authorities this too.
Is there a better way?

oh yeah there's a better way. Ask a disc golfer for advice. I believe the P and R put it in.
