The "Inaugural" High Country THROWDOWN (a santioned PDGA B-tier event)
July 12, 13th, @ Ashe Co. Park, in Jefferson, NC.
Tournament director will be Harold Duvall/the Innova Gang
3 rounds (2 on Sat., 1 on Sunday)

Don't know? I wish I had a active club to help out. They all appear to speak a different language then me. I don't have the time for this shiot. Got any ideas?

I just sponsor a hole in Wilmington and Paid $25 which included a cardboard sign aproximately 2 x 3 which was hung under hole sign. that would generate 450 in sponsorship.

People had some niffy sayings on them too. I would def be down with that. Also instead of having a long arse players meeting just have a sheet with rules and obs. On this have the sponsors too. Like a program.
Also if someone wants to be a TITLE sponsor charge like 300 for Example The COyote Throwdown
or The Throwdown Sponsored by Coyote

I have lots of other ideas but will PM them if you want them

There's tubing with Todd and Dubs on Friday! Camping at the park both Fri. and Sat.! Lunch catered on Sat.! Front 9 Glo round on Sat. night! Church, then tee off at 10 am on Sunday! Just kidding about the church part, we'll call it coffee instead!

I hear that the registration has been like we're giving a way a new car or something! I am so excited about the Ashe Park course, it's playing so freaking awesome!

We've had a tree climber come out and get some of those shitty limbs (taking good shots down), like used to be on Hole 16 at Glen C. Hilton (that little dead limb that was above the bridge).

Daniel and I busted out the new PAR 5 HOLE 11 this afternoon! Well, kind of, we have the AM tee and the leveling of the tees yet to do! Hole 11 has gotten a bad rap in the past, and it's sure to still scare the heck out of you, but I tell you folks, it's one of the coolest holes at Ashe Park. The more you play it, the better it gets! I think that says a lot. The first time you rode a bike, it wasn't easy either.

love the new 11..Course is playing great...either camping @ park or @
Big T's..I'll be sending in my $ by the end of the week..
Still thinking about playing Pro or Adv..( really don't want
2 be beat by a 12yr old)...lol
